Tina Marinaccio, MS, RD, CPT

Integrative Culinary Registered Dietitian

Health begins at the most basic level with what you eat. A wholesome, nourishing diet is a critical component in fortifying the body’s immune system to fight disease and restoring the health of the microbiome. This is a core belief at the Gedroic Medical Institute and is one that Tina Marinaccio helps patients put into practice.

Tina also works to identify deficient or even harmful elements of a patient’s diet, designing alternatives that help strengthen the body and ensure optimal, long-term wellness.

She offers nutritional counseling, weight management, dietary assessments, meal planning, and recipe development. Her specialties include integrative nutrition, weight loss, culinary training, and anti-inflammatory, Mediterranean, and detoxification meal plans.

Tina received her Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition at New York University and completed her training in Functional Medicine and Nutrition from The Institute for Functional Medicine and the Institute for Functional Nutrition Academy. She is an adjunct professor in Clinical Nutrition and Food Sciences at Montclair State University and mentors nutrition students from around the country. She is also an American Council on Exercise certified personal trainer and is certified in weight management from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
